Mega cinnamon roll
This mega cinnamon roll is every cinnamon lover's dream. Soft, airy and with a delicious spicy cinnamon flavor. Perfect to end your Easter menu sweetly!
Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 7 g yeast
- 250 ml milk
- 50 g sugar
- 75 g butter
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation method
- Knead a dough of flour, yeast, milk, sugar and butter. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, roll up and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
