    Can I pick up my order?

    If you would like to pick up your order, this is possible in the liquor stores in Amsterdam, Haarlem, Amersfoort and Tilburg and at our distribution center at Plesostraat 12J in Amsterdam. When you order online, indicate in the notes where you want to pick up the ordered drinks and we will prepare the drinks for you. Often this is within a few hours and usually within 24 hours. Any shipping costs charged will be refunded.

    Can I taste the drinks first?

    NIX & NIX is the specialist in non-alcoholic products and we believe that tasting is the best way to understand how good non-alcoholic drinks are today. By tasting the drinks you can decide for yourself what you like. After all, there is nothing as personal as taste. You are always welcome to come and taste the drinks in our liquor stores. We are of course also happy to help you with our expert advice.

  • Alcoholfree

    Is everything alcoholfree?

    Did you know that many daily products contain a small amount of alcohol? In the Netherlands, products with a percentage of less than 0.5% alcohol do not fall under the alcohol law. In addition, according to the Commodities Act, products may contain a maximum of 0.5% alcohol due to natural fermentation. For example, a ripe banana, bread or a glass of fruit juice also contains a small amount of alcohol. This is due to the natural fermentation that occurs in products and in your own body. Half a percent alcohol is so minimal that its presence does not register in your blood. An indication such as alcohol-free, alcohol-free or alcohol-free means that it could contain up to 0.5% alcohol. We indicate with our products as clearly as possible what the alcohol percentage is. On our website you can use the 0.0% search filter. Are you coming to shop in our liquor stores and do you want 0.0%? Then indicate this when tasting or when purchasing and we will point you to the right products.

  • Sugar

    Is there a lot of sugar/calories in non-alcoholic drinks?

    Non-alcoholic drinks contain much fewer calories than a drink with alcohol. For beers this is often 50% less and for wines 70-80% less. It differs a lot for alcohol-free spirits, but for example an alcohol-free gin or rum is often completely free of sugars / calories! About 1.7 grams of sugar is needed to produce 1 gram of alcohol. These are therefore also many of the calories that are in drinks with alcohol. Because the alcohol is missing in non-alcoholic drinks, these calories are also missing. Sometimes a little sugar or concentrated juice is added for taste or mouthfeel in non-alcoholic wine. Even with these few grams of sugar, there are still 70-80% fewer calories in non-alcoholic wines.     What are the shipping costs?

    Shipping is free if you purchase for €69 or more. Below this amount, we ask for a contribution to the shipping costs of €6,99 for Dutch orders.

  • Status of your order

    How do I track my order?

    When the order has been registered with PostNL, you will receive a track & trace code in your mailbox. This allows you to track your order. You can therefore easily check the status of your order via the shipping confirmation that you receive by email.

  • Pregnant

    Are the products suitable for pregnant women?

    Most of the products we sell are suitable for use during pregnancy. However, there are also drinks that contain products that are not recommended if you are pregnant (e.g. CBD, ginseng, ashwagandha or valerian) or drinks that contain up to 0.5% alcohol. We try to indicate this as well as possible in the product descriptions, but do not hesitate and indicate it in our liquor stores. We can look for a suitable product for you together. When in doubt, we recommend that you always consult your doctor.

  • Open bottle of wine

    How long does an opened bottle of non-alcoholic wine stay good?

    You can usually keep an opened bottle of wine for two to three days. Keep the wine in the refrigerator to best preserve the taste of the wine. It varies per type of wine as to exactly how long you can store it. Naturally, the taste of the wine is at its best immediately after opening.
