2. Offer and Agreement
When you buy a product online through the webshop or in-store from World of NIX, you enter into an agreement with World of NIX. These Terms apply to all your online orders and purchases.
We make sure these Terms are easily accessible at the time you place your order, and at any moment afterwards. You can always read, reread, or download the current and latest version of these Terms via our website.
To prevent any mistakes in your order, please provide us with the correct information and contact details. We keep your information safe and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
An agreement that results from an obvious error or mistake, such as an unusually low price, is not binding for World of NIX. If you have doubts about an offer, please contact World of NIX.
3. Price and Payment
The prices shown in the webshop are total prices including VAT. Any applicable shipping costs will be shown separately.
You can pay for your order using one of the payment methods available in the World of NIX webshop.
If the delivery address is outside the Netherlands, additional costs may apply. It is possible that the destination country charges import duties or taxes. World of NIX has no control over such charges and cannot provide further information about them. These costs are solely your responsibility as the customer and may need to be paid upon delivery. Before placing an order, you must check whether the items ordered can be exported and imported into the relevant country, and what the associated costs are.
World of NIX gift cards can be used in the webshop.
4. Delivery
World of NIX aims to process and ship your order as easily and quickly as possible. We take care to ship the products accurately. If you unexpectedly receive incomplete or damaged products, please let us know as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after receipt, and we will handle it.
Orders are shipped to the address you provide, using the delivery method you select. For shipping costs to your country, please see the FAQ section on our website.
If you provide an incorrect address, the costs for any lost products are your own responsibility.
5. Quality, Legal Warranty & Complaints
World of NIX strives to represent products on its website as completely and accurately as possible. The nature of the products may cause differences (for example, taste, label, or packaging differences) between the website display and the product delivered to you.
Does the product seem different than expected? Together with the legal reflection period of 14 days, we offer a return period of 21 days.
If you have already discussed your complaint with us but wish to submit it elsewhere, you can contact the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR): http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
6. Right of Withdrawal
By law, you have 14 days after receiving the product to withdraw from your agreement with World of NIX, without stating any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending us an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). It is also possible to partially withdraw from the agreement. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
After ending the agreement, you must return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 21 days after receiving all items in your order, to the address of World of NIX as specified in the instructions you will receive by email.
World of NIX cannot accept returned products that have been opened. Please make sure the original packaging is undamaged and unopened. For products that are incomplete or damaged, or where labels have been removed or other signs of use are present, World of NIX may deduct depreciation from the amount refunded. Only World of NIX is entitled to determine this depreciation.
World of NIX will refund the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving the returned product(s). In the case of a partial cancellation, we will only refund the costs of the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original payment.
Return costs are currently not reimbursed.
7. Return Policy
We want you to have the best shopping experience with us, which is why we offer a 21-day return policy. You can register a return by sending a message to returns@worldofnix.com.
After approval, return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 21 days after receiving all items in your order, to the address listed above.
Make sure the original packaging is undamaged when returning. Products that are incomplete, damaged, opened, or show other signs of wear may be subject to a depreciation deduction, which only World of NIX is entitled to determine.
The return policy does not apply to goods that are also excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been broken after delivery.
World of NIX will refund the amount paid within 30 days of receiving the returned product(s). In the case of a partial return, we will only reimburse the costs of the returned product.
8. Intellectual Property
World of NIX owns all intellectual property rights relating to the brand, the products, and the website, including all promotional materials such as videos and photography unless these are owned by third parties.
9. Changes
Changes to these Terms will be published on the website. You are advised to read these Terms carefully whenever you place an order with us. These Terms were last amended on May 10, 2021.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms and the agreement between you and World of NIX are governed by Dutch law. In case of a dispute, the court of Haarlem will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
