Scroppino with Abstinence Lemon & Saboritz Spumante
An elegant, festive cocktail with a summery twist. This fresh scroppino combines creamy lemon ice cream with the sparkling bubbles of Saboritz Spumante and a subtle kick of Abstinence Lemon Aperitif. Perfect as a refreshing aperitif or summer dessert in a glass.
Ingredients
- 100 g lemon ice cream
- 15 ml Abstinence Lemon Aperitif
- 150 ml Saboritz Spumante (well chilled)
Preparation method
- Scoop the lemon ice cream into a blender or mixing bowl.
- Add the Abstinence Lemon Aperitif.
- Pour the Saboritz Spumante over it.
- Mix briefly with a hand blender or whisk until light and frothy.
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass or champagne flute.
