Bubbles with a bite. The French 75 is fresh, festive, and a little rebellious. Perfect for brunch, drinks, or as a start to a lovely evening.

Ingredients

  • 30ml ISH London Botanical Spirit
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • Top up with OddBird Blanc de Blancs

Preparation method

  1. Add to a shaker with ice: gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup
  2. Shake vigorously until the shaker is ice cold
  3. Strain into a chilled flute glass
  4. Top up with OddBird Blanc de Blancs
  5. Finish with a thin lemon zest
