- 50 ml Rebels 0.0% Botanical Dry
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml simple syrup (sugar syrup)
- 1 egg white (or aquafaba for a vegan alternative)
- 60 ml club soda
- Ice
- Lemon slice for garnish
