Almave - Jalisco 75
A refreshing variation on the classic French 75 cocktail, with the Almave Blanco now also available alcohol-free. A deliciously luxurious cocktail for parties.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Almave Blanco
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml Agave Nectar (1:1)
- Top with the alcohol-free bubbles from Saboritz
- Garnish: Long, curled orange curl
- Glass: Large coupe or champagne glass
Preparation method
- Add the ingredients, except the Saboritz bubble, to the shaker
- Add ice and shake
- Double sieve into a cold coupe or large coupe
- Top up with Saboritz bubbles. Garnish with a long, curled orange peel
