Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini
Comfort in a glass. This non-alcoholic espresso martini has an autumnal twist. Creamy, spicy, and with a generous coffee kick.

Ingredients
- 50 ml Opius Nigredo
- 50 ml cold espresso
- 10 ml Pumpkin spice syrup
- Salt flakes • Ice cubes
- Garnish: pumpkin spice herbs & 3 coffee beans
Preparation method
- Shake without ice: espresso, Opius, pumpkin spice syrup and salt.
- Add ice and shake again.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Finish with pumpkin spice and three coffee beans.
