Ingredients
- 60 ml Roots Divino Bianco
- 2 tablespoons olive juice
- Soda (for topping)
- Ice cubes
- Green olive & lemon slice (for garnish)
Preparation method
- Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
- Add the Roots Divino Bianco and olive juice.
- Top with soda for a light fizz.
- Garnish with a green olive and a slice of lemon.
