Three Spirit - Summer Social Spritz

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Three Spirit Social Elixir
  • 75 ml Grapefruit soda (e.g. Fever-Tree)
  • 75 ml Non-alcoholic sparkling wine (such as Saboritz Spumante)
  • A slice of fresh grapefruit
  • Plenty of ice cubes

Preparation method

  1. Fill a large wine glass to the brim with plenty of ice.
  2. Pour the Three Spirit Social Elixir over the ice.
  3. Add the grapefruit soda and the alcohol-free sparkling wine.
  4. Stir gently with a bar spoon to mix the flavors without losing the bubbles.
  5. Garnish with a generous slice of grapefruit for that extra summery scent and appearance.
