Tint of Verano
No, this is not sangria. This is Tinto de Verano. Tinto de Verano (tinto = red wine, verano = summer) is a Spanish summer drink based on non-alcoholic red wine and lemon soda. Refreshing on a scorching hot day. Not for nothing popular in the South of Spain.

Ingredients
- 500 ml alcohol-free red wine (chilled) from Xivi Sober Merlot
- 500 ml lemon soda
- Garnish: lemon, orange, grapefruit, strawberry
Preparation method
- Use a large long drink glass or copa glass with ice
- Fill the glass halfway with the alcohol-free red wine
- Fill the other half of the glass with lemon soda
- Mix it with a bar spoon. Garnish with a lemon or orange slice but you can also add grapefruit, melon or strawberries.
