Wilfred's - Sec Martini
A classic cocktail that transports you to the luxury feeling of a poker table. Completely alcohol-free martini, but with the same refinement through the addition of Wilfred's alcohol-free spritz . Stirred, not shaken, as it should be.
Ingredients
- 75 ml Wilfred's Aperitif
- 50 ml fresh cranberry juice
- 25 ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 dashes non-alcoholic bitters (such as New Orleans Style)
- Maraschino cherries as garnish
- Ice cubes
Preparation method
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice
- Stir gently but firmly, so that everything cools well without diluting
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry for the finishing touch
