Yuzu - Pornstar Martini

This Virgin Pornstar Martini is a tropical party in a glass. With flavors of passion fruit, vanilla, and lime, it's sweet, refreshing, and wonderfully aromatic. Serve it with a shot of sparkling water or non-alcoholic bubbly for that signature pop of the original.

Yuzu - Pornstar Martini

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Nothing Virgin Spirit
  • 40 ml passion fruit juice
  • 20 ml vanilla syrup
  • 15 ml lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 fresh passion fruit (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 small glass of non-alcoholic sparkling wine or sparkling water on the side

Preparation method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Nothing Virgin Spirit, passion fruit juice, vanilla syrup and lime juice.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with half a passion fruit on the foam.
  6. Serve it separately with a small glass of sparkling water or non-alcoholic bubbles, just like with the classic recipe.
