ISH is geboren in Kopenhagen, uit de simpele wens om volop mee te doen met alles wat een goed drankje bijzonder maakt, maar dan zónder alcohol. Oprichter Morten Sørensen hield van het ritueel, de smaak, het glas in de hand… maar niet van het effect de dag erna. Dus ging hij zelf aan de slag. Het resultaat? Een huis vol alcoholvrije spirits, wijnen en cocktails met karakter.

In het huis van ISH draait het om smaak met een hoofdletter S. Hier worden gelaagde blends gecreëerd met botanicals, distillaten en natuurlijke aroma’s die je zintuigen activeren. Niet als een slap aftreksel, maar als volwaardige beleving: gin die fris en kruidig is, rum die warm en rokerig blijft, spritzes en margarita’s die knallen van bitter en citrus.

ISH is inmiddels wereldwijd bekroond en geliefd in bars, restaurants en thuisbars, van Scandinavië tot Singapore. Toch blijft de missie persoonlijk: het moet toegankelijk zijn, verrassend en lekker. Voor wie wil meedoen, nuchter wil blijven, en genieten zonder concessie.
