This elegant drink starts with Wuniuzao Longjing green tea, known for its light notes of dried grass and flowers. This forms the perfect base for an effervescent taste experience.
During the second fermentation, carefully selected ingredients are added: gooseberries for a light, fruity freshness, peach for a soft, sweet touch, and lemongrass for a fresh, aromatic kick. The scent of lemongrass is immediately recognizable and provides an invigorating first impression. After fermentation, the drink is briefly matured in oak, which strengthens the structure and tannins without losing freshness.
The result is a sparkling, refined drink with a fresh and fruity taste that is perfect as an aperitif, with light salads, sushi or shellfish.
