The base of this sparkling rosé is Wuniuzao Longjing green tea, harvested on the misty hilltops of China's Zhejiang province. This tea is known for its delicate floral notes and a subtle hint of dried grass.
During the second fermentation, the real flavours come to life: elderberries for a deep, fruity undertone, raspberries for a fresh and juicy flavour, and hibiscus for a floral touch and a beautiful rosé colour. A touch of rose pepper provides a slightly spicy touch, which adds an extra dimension to the taste experience. After fermentation, Arensbak Rosé Sparkling is briefly matured on oak, which strengthens the structure and tannins.
The subtle bubbles complete it and provide a festive experience. Arensbak Rosé Sparkling is perfect as an aperitif, with light starters, fresh summer salads or a fruity dessert.
