Somewhere among the rolling vineyards of Bordeaux, where Merlot and Muscat grapes have ripened under the French sun for generations, lived a winemaker whom everyone simply called "Augustin." He loved two things above all: long summer evenings on the terrace with friends, and the idea that a good glass of wine is meant to be shared, by everyone, whether they had to get up early the next morning or simply preferred to stay clear-headed.

For years, Augustin experimented with a gentle way to remove alcohol from his rosé, without losing the soul of the wine. Eventually, he found his answer in vacuum distillation: a low-temperature process, calm and careful, that leaves the fruitiness and floral aroma of the grapes undisturbed while the alcohol gently disappears.

The result became his life's work, a rosé that tastes like sun-drenched summer days: fresh, light, full of red fruit, with just that hint of muscat that conjures a smile on your face. Not a wine for quiet evenings alone, but a wine made to be shared: at a summer lunch with grilled fish, on a terrace with friends, or simply because the sun is shining and you feel like something festive.

To this day, that philosophy still stands firm in every bottle of Augustin Rosé: 0.0% alcohol, 100% summer.
