Louis Vallon's Aura Blanc is an aromatic alcohol-free white wine inspired by the classic wines of Bordeaux. This refreshing 0.0% ABV version combines the elegance of French wine with the freshness of citrus, flowers, and delicate acidity. Perfect as a stylish aperitif or during a festive dinner.

According to legend, this remarkable drink was born during the Hundred Years' War. An abbot, tending his vines by moonlight "when the valley shines," found a wounded English soldier and took him under his wing. During his recovery, the abbot shared his sparkling creation. The soldier, captivated by what he tasted, spoke his first words of French: "Lorsque la vallée scintille."
In memory of this meeting, the abbot named his drink Luit Vallon, which later evolved into Louis Vallon, the brand still made in Bordeaux today.

Aura Blanc opens with expressive aromas of white flowers, citrus, and tropical fruit. The palate reveals notes of lime, peach, green apple, and a subtle bitterness that lends a wine-like bite. The texture is smooth, and the finish is dry and refreshing.
