French Bloom La Cuvée 2022 is no ordinary alcohol-free bubbly, this is haute couture in a bottle. Made from Chardonnay grapes from Limoux, this cuvée undergoes a vinification as you would expect from top wines: fermentation at low temperature, maturation in oak, and careful dealcoholization via vacuum extraction.
The result? A rich and complex sparkling wine with aromas of caramelized nuts, candied fruit, mocha, dried apricot and a hint of anise. In the aftertaste you can even taste subtle notes of vanilla and toasted bread. Just like a classic Blanc de Blancs.
French Bloom was founded by Maggie Taittinger, from the legendary Champagne dynasty, who used her knowledge and passion to create a truly elegant, alcohol-free alternative.
Perfect with: mature cheeses (such as Comté), poached lobster with hazelnut sauce, or simply a stylish aperitif moment.
