What’s in this box?

• Summer Haze, the aperitif. A delicate sparkle with fresh elderflower and a warm touch of ginger. Delicious with bar snacks, oysters or ceviche.
• Silent Shore, the still white. Mineral and fresh, with the juicy fruit of sea buckthorn. Delicious with fish, shellfish and risotto.
• Brew & Bloom, the sparkling with character. Lightly bitter from hops and soft from chamomile. Delicious with grilled vegetables, chicken and aged cheeses.
• Nordic Grove, the red. Dark fruit, an earthy depth and a hint of tannin. Delicious with roasts, game and mushrooms.
