  • Blend of Sylvaner, Weißburgunder, Gewürztraminer, and oak-aged Grauburgunder.
The Cuvée Blanc No.01 Sparkling from Kolonne Null is produced in collaboration with the Freiherr von Gleichenstein winery. A fine bubble with a finish of yellow fruit and a brioche-like acidity. The latter we found quite exciting; but it's really true! Serve nicely chilled: 6-8°C.
