Leitz Pinot Noir Réserve, of which only 3,000 bottles have been produced, is made from two different vintages (2021 and 2022). Then blended and dealcoholized after 18 months of maturation in barrique barrels. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, grown in the Tuniberg, a famous wine region in Baden. The wine was dealcoholized on December 6, 2023, bottled, and has since been stored in the cellars for further maturation.
The PNR offers an original Pinot Noir character with notes of blackcurrant and blackberry. And a nicely integrated tannin structure plus a smoky, dry finish that lasts remarkably long.
pairing: combine with roast or game; it is also a good choice for a BBQ or grilled peppers. Enjoy!
Johannes Leitz, a pioneer in the field of wines, has created a series of alcohol-free wines in recent years, with the idea that every alcohol-free wine should be a reflection of the grape and its soil. A series of characterful alcohol-free wines, which are considered a reference for alcohol-free wines all over the world.
