Oddbird Sparkling Orange No. 1 is a unique, alcohol-free sparkling wine with character. This “orange wine” is the result of a collaboration between innovative winemakers who wanted to capture the essence of Alsace in a sparkling, low intervention creation.
Made from a special blend of grapes such as Gewürztraminer, Muscat, Sylvaner and Pinot Gris, which have fermented on the skins for 1.5 weeks. This gives the wine its beautiful golden color, soft tannins and a rich, layered flavor profile.
Think of aromas of ripe peach, orange peel, jasmine, rose, herbs and spices. Fresh, round and perfectly balanced. Ideal as an aperitif or to end a festive meal in style.
