This sparkling creation brings a harmonious combination of mate and verbena kombucha, elderflower and cider vinegar, inspired by the terroir of chef Colagreco. Tempera is a unique collection of alcohol-free drinks, created by three-Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco. Inspired by the lush gardens of his restaurant Mirazur in Menton, Colagreco developed six refined blends together with Arielle Bove, designed to delight the senses without a single drop of alcohol.

Instead of grapes or dealcoholized wine, Tempera uses a harmonious mix of flowers, herbs, spices, and fruit. These ingredients are carefully selected and combined into complex flavor profiles that pair perfectly with a variety of dishes.

The name "Tempera" reflects three core values: the mild climate of Menton (tempéré), moderation (tempérance), and character (tempérament). Each bottle offers a unique experience that rivals the traditional wine experience, minus the alcohol.
