This fresh and fruity aperitif from Willem's Wermoed is the alcohol-free alternative to classic vermouth. Made with bitter orange and pink grapefruit, with a spicy undertone and subtle bitters, it's the perfect way to start your drinks.

The palate opens with sunny citrus notes: bitter orange and grapefruit, followed by a warm layer of spice and floral notes. The whole is rounded out with a subtle bitterness reminiscent of a classic aperitif. Light, lively, and perfectly balanced.

Willem’s Wermoed is geboren uit nieuwsgierigheid. Niet zomaar die van een receptontwikkelaar, maar van een ontdekkingsreiziger. Geïnspireerd door de geest van Willem van Oranje. Eigenzinnig, avontuurlijk, gedreven ging het merk op zoek naar een Nederlands antwoord op vermout. De ontdekking begon in de Hortus Botanicus van Amsterdam, waar de oudste plantenverzameling van Europa uitgroeide tot het fundament van iets nieuws: een premium vermouth, vol Nederlandse flair.

In het huis van Willem’s Wermoed staan botanicals centraal. Tijm, dennetop, engelwortel, jeneverbes, citrus, salie... Allemaal geselecteerd voor hun smaak, karakter en samenklank. Het resultaat? Vermouths die rijk zijn zonder zwaar, kruidig zonder bitter, elegant maar uitgesproken.

Maar het verhaal stopt niet bij alcohol. Willem’s Wermoed blijft ontdekken, en dus werd de stap naar alcoholvrij vanzelfsprekend. Geen compromisdrankje, maar een volwaardig aperitief. Bitterzoet, complex en fris. Gebaseerd op dezelfde filosofie: eerlijke ingrediënten, doordachte samenstelling, uitgesproken smaak.

Hun alcoholvrije variant op basis van sinaasappel- en grapefruitschil, citroenverbena en gentiaan is net zo botanisch, gelaagd en stijlvol als zijn alcoholhoudende voorganger. Gebotteld in gerecyclede wijnflessen, met oog voor duurzaamheid en beleving.

In het huis van Willem’s Wermoed is geen ruimte voor standaard. Alles draait om smaak, verhaal en karakter. Of je nu proost met een glas Dutch Dry of de alcoholvrije Orange & Grapefruit: je stapt altijd een wereld binnen waar vakmanschap en vernieuwing elkaar vinden.
