Ingredients

  • 30ml fresh lime juice
  • fresh mint sprigs
  • 60ml Roots Divino Bianco
  • Soda

Preparation method

  1. Add the lime juice and fresh mint sprigs to a tall glass.
  2. Stir it with a bar spoon or mash it gently
  3. Add ice and the Roots Divino Bianco
  4. Stir the ice cream with all the ingredients again
  5. Add more ice, top up with soda and garnish with fresh mint
