Fresh fruit carpaccio with a drop of honey and pistachios Ⓥ
For 2 people. The light bubbles and fruity notes of the Saboritz Spumante match perfectly with the sweet, ripe fruit and crunchy pistachios.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 ripe kiwi
- 1 ripe peach
- 1 ripe nectarine
- 1 handful of strawberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Preparation method
- Preparing the Fruit: Peel and thinly slice the mango, kiwi, peach and nectarine. Halve the strawberries.
- Arranging the Fruit Carpaccio: Arrange the slices of fruit in an overlapping pattern on serving plates, alternating between the different types of fruit.
- Drizzle Honey and Sprinkle Pistachios: Drizzle the honey evenly over the fruit.
- Sprinkle the fruit carpaccio with chopped pistachios.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
