Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 ripe kiwi
  • 1 ripe peach
  • 1 ripe nectarine
  • 1 handful of strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Preparation method

  1. Preparing the Fruit: Peel and thinly slice the mango, kiwi, peach and nectarine. Halve the strawberries.
  2. Arranging the Fruit Carpaccio: Arrange the slices of fruit in an overlapping pattern on serving plates, alternating between the different types of fruit.
  3. Drizzle Honey and Sprinkle Pistachios: Drizzle the honey evenly over the fruit.
  4. Sprinkle the fruit carpaccio with chopped pistachios.
