Grilled prawns

Ingredients

  • 6-8 large prawns, peeled and cleaned or 100 grams smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped (only for the prawns)
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh dill or parsley, finely chopped, for garnish

Preparation method

  1. Mix the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl and marinate the prawns in it for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a grill pan over medium heat and grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
  3. Place the prawns on a nice plate and garnish with some fresh dill or parsley.
