Grilled prawns
Tender, juicy grilled prawns get a fresh lift from the alcohol-free white wine of Cognato Chenin Blanc . This smooth and fruity wine from South Africa brings a nice balance with its light, fresh tones and keeps the flavors light and lively. A deliciously simple dish with a luxurious touch!

Ingredients
- 6-8 large prawns, peeled and cleaned or 100 grams smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped (only for the prawns)
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh dill or parsley, finely chopped, for garnish
Preparation method
- Mix the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl and marinate the prawns in it for about 10 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat and grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
- Place the prawns on a nice plate and garnish with some fresh dill or parsley.
