Melon with ham

Ingredients
- 1/4 Galia or Cantaloupe melon, sliced or cubed
- 4 thin slices of Parma ham or Serrano ham
- Few leaves of fresh basil (optional)
- A little bit of freshly ground pepper
Preparation method
- Cut the melon into slices or cubes, depending on how you want to present it.
- Wrap each melon slice or cube in half a slice of ham. This gives a nice contrast between sweet and salty.
- Place the melon and ham on a plate and garnish with a basil leaf and a little freshly ground pepper for extra flavour.
