Salad with goat cheese

Ingredients

  • 50 grams of mixed lettuce (for example rocket, spinach and lamb's lettuce)
  • 50 grams of soft goat cheese, crumbled into pieces
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced ​​or cubed
  • Handful of walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation method

  1. Divide the lettuce over two plates as a fresh base.
