Salad with goat cheese
A light, flavoursome salad with creamy goat cheese and fresh lettuce, which goes perfectly with the Giesen Sauvignon Blanc . This alcohol-free white wine from New Zealand has full, tropical fruit tones that beautifully balance the soft and slightly sour taste of the goat cheese. A refreshing, summery salad for a festive dinner.

Ingredients
- 50 grams of mixed lettuce (for example rocket, spinach and lamb's lettuce)
- 50 grams of soft goat cheese, crumbled into pieces
- 1 apple, thinly sliced or cubed
- Handful of walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method
- Divide the lettuce over two plates as a fresh base.
- Sprinkle the goat cheese and apple slices over the lettuce for a combination of creamy and crunchy textures.
- Sprinkle the walnuts over the salad and drizzle everything with a little honey for a slightly sweet touch.
- Sprinkle with olive oil and add a little salt and pepper to taste.
