Salad with tomato and burrata

Salad with tomato and burrata

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 ball of burrata
  • Handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon good quality olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation method

  1. Place the tomato slices on two plates and place the burrata in the middle, so that you can cut it later and let it flow over the tomato.
  2. Drizzle the tomatoes and burrata with olive oil and add a few drops of balsamic vinegar for extra depth. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
  3. Sprinkle the fresh basil leaves over the salad for a fragrant and fresh touch.
