Sea bass ceviche with avocado and coriander
For 2 people. This fresh ceviche with sea bass, lime, avocado and coriander is light and refreshing. The vibrant and energetic notes of the Livener enhance the citrus and spicy flavors of the ceviche, making it an unforgettable start to your meal.

Ingredients
- 300 grams fresh sea bass fillet
- 2-3 ripe avocados
- 1 red onion
- 1 red chili pepper (optional, to taste)
- A handful of fresh coriander
- Juice of 4-5 limes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh coriander leaves and lime slices, for garnish
Preparation method
- Marinating the Sea Bass: Place the cubes of sea bass in a bowl and sprinkle generously with the juice of the limes. Make sure the fish is completely covered with the juice. Let the sea bass marinate in the lime juice for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator. The fish will 'cook' in the acid of the limes.
- To prepare the Ceviche: Add the finely chopped red onion, red chili pepper (if using) and chopped coriander to the marinated sea bass.
- Gently mix to combine all ingredients. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Adding the Avocado: Add the avocado cubes to the ceviche and gently toss to evenly distribute the avocado without crushing it.
- Serving: Divide the sea bass and avocado ceviche among chilled serving plates.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and garnish with fresh coriander leaves and lime slices.
