Ambar Carajillo

Ingredients
- 60 ml Almave Ámbar
- 30 ml Cold Brew concentrate
- 15 ml Agave nectar
- 3 dashes orange bitters
- 1 dash aromatic bitters
- A pinch of salt
Bring directly

Put all the ingredients into a shaker

Add ice and shake vigorously

Pour the mixture into a small coupe glass and shake out all the foam to create a nice foam head

Squeeze an orange peel over it and discard the peel
