Ambar Carajillo
Try the Carajillo, a popular cocktail from Mexico traditionally made with espresso. With the Almave Ámbar now also a delicious alcohol-free Carajillo possible!
Ingredients
- 60 ml Almave Ambar
- 30ml Cold Brew Concentrate
- 15 ml Agave nectar
- 3 dashes of orange bitters
- 1 dash of aromatic bitters
- A pinch of salt
Preparation method
- Place all ingredients in a shaker
- Add ice and shake vigorously
- Pour the mixture into a small coupe glass and shake out any foam to create a nice head
- Squeeze an orange peel over it and discard the peel
