Espresso Martini

Ingredients
- 30 ml espresso
- 30 ml Lyre's Coffee Originale
- 30 ml Caribbean Spiced Spirit
- Optional: sugar syrup
- Garnish: 3 coffee beans
Preparation method
- Make a cup of espresso
- Chill a martini glass with ice cubes or in the freezer (carefully!)
- Fill the shaker with ice
- Add 30ml espresso, 30ml Lyre's Coffee Originale and 30ml Caribbean Spiced Spirit to the shaker
- Optional: add a dash of sugar syrup
- Shake!
- Pour the mix, without ice, into the chilled glass
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans
