The Pentire Adrift & Tonic is a delicious alcohol-free variant of the classic Gin & Tonic, where 50 ml of Pentire Adrift is mixed with 150-200 ml of Fever Tree Refreshingly Light Tonic. This is served in a glass filled with ice and garnished with your choice of rosemary and lemon peel or cucumber ribbon and juniper berries. A perfect mocktail that lets you enjoy the freshness of the English coast.
Fill the glass with ice (Longdrink glass or balloon glass).
Add 50 ml Pentire Adrift.
Add 150-200 ml Refreshingly Light Tonic (Fever Tree).
Gently stir 1-2 times in the glass.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a lemon peel or with a cucumber ribbon and juniper berries.
