Ingredients
- 50 ml Rebels 0.0% Botanical Dry
- 100ml Elderflower Tonic (London Essence)
- Garnish: a slice of grapefruit or orange peel and a sprig of rosemary
Preparation method
- Fill the glass with ice (balloon glass).
- Garnish with an orange segment or a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.
- Add 50 ml Rebels 0.0% Botanical Dry Gin.
- Add 100 ml Elderflower Tonic (London Essence).
- Stir gently in the glass 1-2 times.
