ACALA was born from sommelier Martynas's dream of creating an alcohol-free alternative that is just as refined and complex as wine. When his wife was pregnant, he missed a drink that truly felt gastronomic. So began his search for a sparkling tea that doesn't compromise on experience.

The result is an artisanal sparkling tea, made through fermentation, natural ingredients, and without additives. Think of aromas from rare berries and herbs, carefully combined. Each recipe is perfected over months, on a molecular level, to create a rich flavour and aroma.
