A handcrafted beverage in Hertfordshire, England, and inspired by ancient herbal tonics called Oxymels. Oxymel is an ancient technique where a base of apple cider vinegar is infused with fresh herbs and botanicals for several weeks, before being balanced with honey.
All ingredients are prepared and bottled on a farm in Hertfordshire and they go to great lengths to source British where possible, reducing the carbon footprint of every bottle.
Make a delicious non-alcoholic cocktail: Serve the Botivo Aperitif (25 ml) with soda water (175 ml) over ice and finish with an orange peel. Or make a delicious Gold Rush , Botivo Negroni or Verdant Margarita .
