Gastronomy and tradition meet in food technology. Red is NOT a non-alcoholic wine, but it does allow you to experience the same drinking moment. A red wine alternative if you like to be surprised with something new!
The Red is made using similar techniques to those of the Gnista spirits; Barreled Oak and Floral Wormwood. Each ingredient is there for a reason and the goal is to deliver a taste sensation consisting of tannins, body, earth, sharpness, spice and just the perfect (not too much) sweetness. It is made by hand and in small batches. Serve it at about 18°C.
