As Ron Blaauw said in the NRC: "What, funnily enough, also works - with a piece of meat, for example - is the Gnista Italian style." That is not wine, but a berry drink from Sweden: sour, stiff with clear notes of liquorice. , pine and gin. This means it offers body, tannins, fruitiness and aromatic complexity - the same qualities you look for in a red wine."
Gastronomy and tradition meet in food technology. Red is NOT a non-alcoholic wine, but it does allow you to experience the same drinking moment. It is made using similar techniques to that of their spirits; Barreled Oak and Floral Wormwood. Each ingredient is there for a reason and the goal is to deliver a taste sensation consisting of tannins, body, earth, sharpness, spice and just the perfect (not too much) sweetness. It is made by hand and in small batches. Serve it at about 18° C.
Let's drink to that!
