The Cuvée Blanc No.01 Sparkling from Kolonne Null is produced in collaboration with the Freiherr von Gleichenstein winery. A fine alcohol-free bubble with an aftertaste of yellow fruit and a brioche-like sourness. We also found the latter very exciting; but it really is! Serve nice and fresh: 6-8 °C
