Since 2018, Kolonne Null has been working closely with the Julius Wasem winery. The passion for wine was instilled in the entire family: the three brothers Julius, Philipp and Gerhard Wasem are now the fourth generation to manage the down-to-earth but elegant family winery in the Kaiserpfalz with 30 hectares. The Ingelheimer Grund offers the best soils for the production of convincing alcohol-free wines with a characterful style.

In het bruisende hart van Berlijn ontstond in 2018 een revolutionair idee: premium alcoholvrije wijnen die niet onderdoen voor hun alcoholhoudende tegenhangers. Kolonne Null, opgericht door kunstenaar Philipp Rößle en zijn compagnon Moritz Zyrewitz, combineert traditionele wijnbouw met moderne technologie en een artistieke flair.

Wat Kolonne Null uniek maakt, is hun samenwerking met bekroonde familie-wijnhuizen uit heel Europa. Samen selecteren ze zorgvuldig de beste druiven, die op traditionele wijze worden gevinifieerd. Vervolgens wordt de alcohol op een zachte manier verwijderd via vacuümdestillatie bij lage temperaturen, waardoor de natuurlijke aroma's behouden blijven.

In hun eigen wijnlaboratorium in Berlijn worden de wijnen verder verfijnd en getest, met als doel een authentieke en elegante smaakervaring te bieden. Het resultaat is een assortiment van hoogwaardige alcoholvrije wijnen, waaronder Riesling, Rosé en diverse cuvées, die geliefd zijn bij zowel wijnliefhebbers als topchefs.
