Using low temperature vacuum distillation, the alcohol is gently removed while preserving the wine’s rich aromas and structure. The result is a range of elegant, alcohol-free wines that delight the senses and are perfect for a variety of occasions.

Le Moderato offers a range of cuvées, including the award-winning Cuvée Révolutionnaire, which is available in red, white, rosé and sparkling. These wines are not only loved by consumers, but have also gained recognition from sommeliers and wine experts worldwide.
