- Muri Passing Clouds from Denmark. A built up wine alternative with fantastic ingredients and an equally special taste
- Fermentation is the cornerstone of this sparkling tea
- Sparkling and refreshing with a bright acidity and a nose of flowers, honey and ripe fruits
- Muri Passing Clouds is dry, but with multiple dimensions of flavors and a wine-like funkiness
- Donated to a number of progressive restaurants
Founded in 2020, MURI emerged from Copenhagen’s gastronomic community and draws on the team’s experience at some of the city’s best restaurants and distilleries to elevate our drinks above the norm. We use our world-class expertise in fermentation, one of the cornerstones of the ‘New Nordic’ food movement, to create unique non-alcoholic beverages. We don’t need to dealcoholise our products, which would strip them of flavour. Instead, we focus on building layers of flavour. We do this through innovative use of chef techniques and obscure ingredients.
Discover Passing Clouds , a light, refined alcohol-free alternative that perfectly suits moments of relaxation and reflection. This delicate blend combines the floral freshness of elderflower with bright citrus notes and a subtle spicy undertone of cardamom. The result is a soft, elegant drink that feels like a summer brie. Light yet full of character.
Ideal for lovers of subtle, floral flavours, Passing Clouds is sure to impress at any occasion. Whether served as an aperitif or paired with light dishes, this blend delivers a refreshing and refined taste experience that will have you dreaming away.
