Saicho sparkling tea uses single origin tea that is picked by hand. There is simplicity and purity in the use of single origin tea. This gives the tea its own character.

Each individual tea is cold brewed for 24 hours to extract the most delicate and complex flavours. The tea is then balanced to the right sweetness and acidity. As a finishing touch, the bubble enhances the flavour of the tea.
