Discover Saicho Sixty Stone Mountain: A limited-edition sparkling tea of rare teas. The tea comes from hand-picked leaves, picked at 945 meters altitude on Sixty Stone Mountain in Taiwan. The unique climatic conditions and leafhoppers provide a complex flavor. It contains notes of dark honey, mango, apricot and a hint of lemon.
The tea was harvested in July 2023. Under the guidance of tea master Junjie Lin, it was oxidized into a rich black tea. The tea was then roasted to deepen the aromas. Each bottle is decorated with the iconic Mikado pheasant design. This is a tribute to Taiwan.
