Blini with smoked salmon and avocado
Soft, airy blinis topped with creamy avocado and velvety smoked salmon. This snack is small but luxurious, and the combination of flavors is wonderfully balanced. Perfect to start your Easter menu festively together with the alcohol-free prosecco Saboritz !

Ingredients
- 100 g buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 150 ml milk
- pinch of salt
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- Fresh dill
- Butter or oil for frying
Preparation method
- Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
- Beat the egg and add to the mixture together with the milk. Stir until smooth.
- Heat a little butter or oil in a frying pan and fry small blinis of about 5 cm in diameter. Fry them on both sides until golden brown.
- Cut the avocado into thin slices.
- Top the blinis with a slice of avocado and a piece of smoked salmon.
- Garnish with a small spoonful of sour cream and a sprig of dill.
