Ingredients

  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 125 grams fresh mozzarella
  • A handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation method

  1. Preparing the Ingredients: Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into thin slices.
  2. Pick the basil leaves from the stems.
  3. Arranging the Salad: Alternately place tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving platter or on individual plates.
