For the Chocolate Fondant:

  • 100 grams of dark chocolate
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams of powdered sugar
  • 30 grams of flour

  • 150 grams of red fruits (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
