- 50 grams of butter

- 50 grams of powdered sugar
- 30 grams of flour
- Butter and flour, for greasing the baking molds For the Red Fruit Coulis:
- 150 grams of red fruits (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
