ACALA is ontstaan uit de droom van sommelier Martynas om een alcoholvrij alternatief te creëren dat net zo verfijnd en complex is als wijn. Toen zijn vrouw zwanger was, miste hij een drankje dat écht gastronomisch aanvoelde. Zo begon zijn zoektocht naar een sprankelende thee die niet aan beleving inboet.

Het resultaat is een ambachtelijke sparkling tea, gemaakt met fermentatie, natuurlijke ingrediënten en zonder toevoegingen. Denk aan aroma’s uit zeldzame bessen en kruiden die zorgvuldig worden gecombineerd. Elk recept wordt maandenlang geperfectioneerd, op moleculair niveau, om een rijke smaak en geur te creëren.
